Privacy Policy

Tatabq respects user privacy and handles information and data that is collected, processed, or stored in accordance with this Agreement and the privacy policies or operating practices published by the Platform.

The User acknowledges that certain data may be collected, processed, or used for operational, security, regulatory, development, or statistical purposes; to improve services; prevent fraud; manage risk; support customers; or comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to maintain information security and protect it against loss, damage, unauthorized access, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure. These measures do not constitute an absolute guarantee that no technical or security incident will occur.

When creating an account or using certain Platform features, you may be asked to provide identification information; information about the company, User, authorized person, or company representative; contact details; or other data necessary to provide the service.

You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current, and you undertake to update it whenever necessary. The Platform may request proof of identity, capacity, authorization, authority, or affiliation with a company at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tatabq, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, partners, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from or relating to:

• Your breach of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform.
• Your infringement of any third party's rights.
• The data, documents, content, requests, or instructions that you upload, send, or approve through the Platform.
• Any dispute between you and another party arising from your use of the Platform.

All rights, title, and interest in the Tatabq Platform, including its software, interfaces, designs, logos, text, content, databases, features, outputs, operating methods, and any improvements or developments, are owned by Tatabq, its licensors, or the applicable rights holders.

This Agreement grants you no intellectual property rights other than the limited right of use stated herein. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or use any part of the Platform's elements, identity, marks, or content without Tatabq's express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its services, outputs, and features are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of continuous availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or non-infringement.

Tatabq does not warrant that:

• The service will operate without interruption, delay, or error.
• The outputs, records, documentation, analyses, or notices will be suitable for every legal, accounting, regulatory, or operational purpose specific to the User.
• Any electronic approval, matching, confirmation, or documentation completed through the Platform will, by itself, be sufficient to prove any right or obligation before any authority, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, Tatabq is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages; loss of profits or data; business interruption; reputational loss; or third-party claims arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Platform or its outputs.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Using the Platform for any activity that violates applicable local or international laws or regulations.
• Uploading, sending, or circulating misleading, fraudulent, forged, impersonated, or unauthorized information, documents, or instructions.
• Impersonating any person or entity or claiming to represent one without authority.
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages, or exploiting the Platform for unauthorized advertising.
• Uploading or circulating content that violates public morals, public order, Sharia, or applicable laws.
• Introducing viruses or malicious software, or attempting to harm the Platform's technical infrastructure or its users.
• Gaining unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its databases, user accounts, or connected systems.
• Reproducing, copying, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform without written permission.

You are solely responsible for all data, information, requests, attachments, documents, and content that you enter, upload, send, or approve through the Platform.

Tatabq is not responsible for independently verifying the validity, legality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content entered by users, except to the extent required by law or by operational or compliance requirements.

Tatabq is not responsible for loss, deletion, corruption, or unavailability of content caused by technical or operational issues, circumstances beyond its control, service providers, or the actions of the User or third parties. The User remains responsible for maintaining backups unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.

Tatabq may, without obligation, monitor Platform use or review, suspend, delete, or restrict content when it considers this necessary for security, regulatory, legal, or operational reasons, or to prevent fraud or misuse.

For certain services, the Platform may offer verification, electronic acceptance, digital documentation, electronic signature, or identity-proofing methods. In such cases, you acknowledge that your use of these methods must comply with the laws, regulations, and instructions applicable in the relevant country or jurisdiction.

You also acknowledge that you and the entity using these methods are responsible for determining their sufficiency, validity, or evidentiary effect for your specific purpose. Tatabq is not responsible if any entity declines to accept them unless applicable law expressly requires acceptance.

You represent and warrant that you will:

• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Provide Tatabq with true, accurate, and current information.
• Comply with all instructions, notices, policies, and operating requirements issued by the Platform.
• Use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
• Not use the Platform to harm, inconvenience, abuse, mislead, or defraud any party.
• Not disrupt or impair the proper operation of the Platform.
• Keep your account login details, passwords, and verification methods confidential.
• Provide documents or evidence requested by the Platform to prove identity, capacity, or authorization.

Tatabq may refuse, suspend, or restrict the service when it considers this appropriate under this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The User agrees that the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, unless applicable law or the competent regulatory authority requires otherwise.

Tatabq reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. An amendment becomes effective when published on the Platform or when the User is notified in the manner the Platform considers appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.

Tatabq may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without a lawful reason and with or without notice, where permitted by law or necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its regulatory compliance.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. To close your account, you must follow the process provided by the Platform or contact the administration when required.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including provisions on outstanding fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

1. Amendment: This Agreement may be amended by publishing an updated version on the Platform or notifying the User through a method adopted by the Platform.
2. No Waiver: A failure or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver is effective only if it is express and in writing.
3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions are not affected.
4. Relationship of the Parties: This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, franchise, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and Tatabq.
5. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: This Agreement is solely between Tatabq and the User and grants no direct rights to any third party.
6. Controlling Language: The Arabic version of this Agreement is the authoritative version. If it conflicts with any translation, the Arabic version prevails.
